Price Prices shown include VAT. WEIGHTS & SIZES All weights and sizes quoted are approximate. ITEMS DIFFERENT TO THOSE PICTURED Some items may differ slightly from the one pictured due to availability, but when this happens, every effort will be made to ensure the item supplied is of equal or better quality. SPECIAL PURCHASES OR ITEMS MADE TO ORDER Please note special order items specifically ordered in for a customer, cannot be exchanged or refunded. RETURNED GOODS Items may be returned within 14 days. However refunds cannot be given for cut length orders. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition. A 10% returns charge may be made. No refunds will be given on original or return carriage. COST of DELIVERY Post & Packing costs will be calculated on the weight and size of your order and the delivery area. It will be automatically calculated at the end of your order. Orders may be cancelled at any point before payment is made. DELIVERY Main Land UK despatch is by Royal Mail or Courier on a 24 - 48 hour service as appropriate. We try to dispatch orders with-in 24 hrs, but please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive. Special order items may take longer.
